Swift Edge does not work with dock Dell WD19TBS

Hi all,

I have an Acer Swift Edge which I want to connect to my existing docking station Dell WD19TBS. The dock works flawlessly with my Latitude notebook.

After plugging in the dock cable to the Swift Edge the cable light turns on and the laptop charges. However, no other plugged in devices on the dock are working (HDMI monitor, DP monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet). According to the user manual there are 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 (up to 10 Gbps) which support charging and DisplayPort over USB-C (see screenshots below).

I already updated the BIOS and installed the chipset and VGA drivers, however with no luck. Any ideas on how to get this setup working?

What is the full model number? For example, SFA16-41?

Go to this link and download, unzip and install or re-install the Oct AMD chipset driver EXE file

Likely the dock itself has drivers needed as well, get them from Dell's support site.
