acer nitro n50-640 Buzz sound when desktop is booted up

So I changed the ram in my acer nitro n50-640 desktop to 2 timetec 16 gb ram sticks and whenever I turn it on it doesn't boot up it just let's out a long buzz sound I tried seeing if they were installed correctly and they were idk what's up?

    Hello!!

    # Try to update the sound driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option sound driver.
    4. Under the title sound driver.
    ​​​​
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title sound driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​

    1. Can you enter the BIOS menu by tapping the DEL key immediately after turning it on?
    2. If yes, does the memory size now read 32GB in the BIOS Information tab?
    3. If yes, press F10 to save setttings and exit.
    4. Does the machine now boot OK?
