Acer Aspire 5 A515-56-77M7 random crashing

Please help, this is really doing my head in. I have an Acer Aspire 5, A515-56-77M7, it is less than a year old. It CONSTANTLY crashes and it doesn't matter what I'm doing on the laptop to cause it. It actually crashed the first time I was writing this post out. There is never anything in the Windows logger, and event viewer just shows the same things with no real detail. It's always a WHEA fatal error. It has been crashing since new, in fact, on first run it crashed when setting up Windows. I've tried a fresh Windows install and that didn't solve it. I've ran memory tests, stress tests and anything else I can think of and all tests pass. I'll attach the information I can, if anybody can help me then I'd be really grateful and it will save me smashing the laptop to pieces. Thanks.

    Generally, a WHEA error indicates that a hardware issue has occurred on your Windows 11/10 computer. The known issues could be related to such things as device drivers, hard drives, processors, power supply, and bad or corrupted memory (DRAM)

    # Reset the unit, (It will remove all the data--->Unit goes to Day 1 of default version)

    1. Turn OFF the unit.

    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit. 

    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)

    4. Click troubleshoot option.


    5. Click on Reset this PC.

    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction. 

    Check this T/S and post the result. 

    or

    Since its a new laptop try to do a reset  and check.

    1. Do you have a mechanical or SSD boot drive?
    2. Do you have more than 4GB RAM?
    3. Did you fresh instal the Microsoft generic Windows version using the media creation tool or the Acer OEM factory Windows version from the hidden Acer OEM recovery partition? The generic and OEM versions are not the same.

    You are still in the 1 year warranty period, after the holidays you really should bring your laptop to Acer for reinstalling Acer firmware, Acer drivers and OEM Windows11, not worth all the trouble. You will get the laptop back in a week (by mail may take 2 weeks). Acer may charge a service fee of $25, in my case it was free while my warranty was several months expired😉
