XV282K KV model become hot when HDR is turn on

Hi, is it normal that the moniter XV282KKV become hot to the touch when HDR is turn on ? It's all the bottom of the screen, almost all the bottom half, the first spot to become hot is the center-bottom. I've reduce the picture to 60Hz 4K. If I don't turn on the HDR, it doesn't seem to run hot but the brightness isn't ideal on this monitor if HDR isn't turn on.

    Yes, normal. HDR use almost twice the power of SDR. Improves brightness contrast between light & dark objects so colors look more vivid. The heat you feel on the outside means its dissipating from the inside electronics. Which the heatsinks are supposed to do.
