Acer aspire a715-75G.

I have this problem for 1 week. My game just freeze randomly. My cpu - gpu temp is never higher than 79C. Also my CPU - GPU usage is around 60% it doesnt reach 100%. But all games still freeze randomly. Also the labtop overall performance is not as it used to be. BF1 used to work at 60 FPS soo stable. It didnt matter what was happening in the game. its always running at 60 FPS. But this week the fps keep dropping to 50 whenever something happen in the game. Why is that happening ? Why my pc performance is soo bad these days and game keep freezing like that?? what should i do about that annoying freeze

1. Open Control Panel.
2. Search 'create a restore point' in left pane.
3. If System Protection is turn on in the box that pops up, click System Restore button. Click next.
4. Do you see a restore point with a date stamp about when FPS started dropping?
