i got the aspire i paid almost 700 and ive seen them around for less then ive paid for and this laptop sucks i want a refuned or i want to retrun it ASAP IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PROTUCT I GOT A BLUE SCREEN INSTAD OF SENDING IT TO ACER I WENT AND PAID TO HAVE IT FIXED MYSELF COZ I NEED IT FOR SCHOOL !!!!

    Hi @jason420

    This is not an Acer Support site but the community forum for Acer users like yourself. What you shoud do is contact the Acer Service office in your country either call them or better by e-mail, copy your bill and laptop model including SNID (The SNID number is the Serial Number Identification number at the back of your laptop). There is a 15 day grace period for returning Acer products in the USA see this link so I am not sure if you can still return your laptop. You also should have sent it back to Acer instead of having it repaired by a computer shop (warranty is void now).
