I have a Acer Nitro 5 laptop and a Razer Kraken headphone, but whenever I try to use the Microphone or speak using the headphones, the Internal Microphone of the laptop is the one that is working. I'm not quite sure how to fix this because on I tried all TS for this, but on the Manage audio device, in the recording, the Microphone on the laptop is the only one showing. (please dont mind the razer hammerhead, its a BT headphone)

Set it as "headset". That's it.

Lightly tap your headset mic, the signal meter for "microphone array" will jump thus verifying that your headset mic is working. It is NOT a separate device.

  • Have you checked your realtek audio console settings?

    Hi @meowday_purrade

Sounds like a conflict in your audio controls: Realtek controls only onboard speakers, Media Tek for Blue Tooth and Windows for the laptop mcrophone and wired headset (audio jack), possibly the onboard microphone needs to be disabled in Windows. If there is a Media Tek BT controller you should check that out.
