My Acer Nitro 5 an515-57 Keyboard Doesn't Working

My laptop is nitro 5 an515-57. It happened suddenly when I played some games then my keyboard stopped working. I tried to force shutdown it, and somehow when I boot it, it came back just fine. Shortly after that the error returned, and simply restarting (hard reset) alone didn't work. I tried all the methods like reinstalling my keyboard driver, turning off the filter keys, disabling fast startup, etc. and none of it worked. Desperately I reinstalled my windows using my local files, well, it did resolve the problem but only temporarily. Then I tried to clean all the files from my disks, well, it also resolved the problem yet temporarily. Please help, I don't know how to solve the problem anymore

Does the problem also continue when you plug in an external usb keyboard? If the usb keyboard works then it could be a hardware issue. If the usb keyboard doesn't work, it could be a software problem. Now, if the laptop's keyboard still doesn't work, it could just be a bad connection to the motherboard. Disconnect the lithium battery and keyboard:

Then connect the keyboard and lithium battery, in that order.
