Acer aspire 5 Does someone had this same trouble?

My Acer aspire 5 start to have this issue. And I need to force turn off and restart the computer but it happens again

    That is either that you have the eDP cable that its screen plug or its mobo plug are not connecting properly to the screen or mobo or the data cables are shorted or the actual screen is damaged and needs replacing, you need to open the laptop and inspect these components of your laptop, but this needs special tools to diagnose and fix, so its best to take your laptop to an experienced technician.

    I'd try to reseat/clean the t-con cable but most likely the panel is bad. maybe broken. Inspect closely for dents that someone threw an object like the remote at it.

    I didn't look close enough as it has been dropped on the left side (facing).

    NOT REPAIRABLE.

    Yes, it did. But this isn't the problem. Even because the laptop use to work fine after the drop. I turn on the laptop use it normally but sometimes the problem informed happens.

    I put the charger in a different font and the problem didn't happen untill today.

    I opened the laptop and the battery seems to be inflated. Could be problem related with power
