    Hello!!

    @Wicken

    Step 1

First, try right clicking on the "Speaker" icon on the taskbar and then click "Open Volume Mixer".  Make sure nothing is muted.

    Step 2

Right Click On Sound Icon And Click Troubleshoot Sound  Problems Check Your Sound Again.

    Step 3

Update The Sound Driver By Going Into Device Manager.Restart Your Computer And See If This Gets Your Sound Back.

    Step 4

Remove And Re-install Sound Driver-Go to The Device Manager >Sound, video, and Game ControllersSelect Your Sound Driver And Right Click On It.Now Click On Uninstall And Delete Sound Driver.Restart Your Computer

    General Steps

    Step 1
Double-click the sound icon in the lower right corner of the desktop. This loads the audio options menu onto the screen. Make sure not of the audio options are set to "Mute." If they are uncheck the options and the sound returns.

    Step 2

Disconnect any headphones you have connected to the "Line-out" port on the Acer laptop. If headphones or anything else is connected to the line-out the audio is not going to be produced by the computer's built in speakers.

    Step 3

Connect your computer to a local power source. If the battery is running low the laptop often stops producing audio as a method to extending the battery life.
Should that not work, try the following...
    1. Go to "Control Panel".2. Click on "Sound".3. Make sure you are on the "Playback" tab.4. Click on the device you are trying to fix.5. Now click the "Configure" button and follow the prompts.
(Be sure you also click the "Test" button.)6. Once that is complete, click the "Properties" button.7. When you are done with your changes, in "Properties", click "Apply" and then "OK".8. Then click "OK", again, on the main "Sound window".

    Step 4

Installing sound driver from acer website
Visit the Download section of Acer support website.

Enter your model name, and select your product from the
    list of suggested models.

    Choose your Operating System.Select Driver.

Locate the driver you want to download and click on the download
