This problem is for my Acer Spin 713 CP713 - 2W - 36LV that just won't charge, we've followed absolutely every suggestion, also checked out different electrical sockets, cables etc., etc.! I think that I've been more than patient with it all but now I'm at my breaking point!

I finally asked for a Manager, who after he saw that my laptop has had 3 previous repairs said that since he's new to my case requested 24 hrs to look into the options which I think is only reasonable. He mentioned maybe replacing it with another Acer Laptop but I refused as I've had it with Acer right now!

Do any of you have any other choices that you can think of, any particular 13" laptop that Acer sells, that I should consider if they refuse to give me a refund or do I stick to my guns & demand a full refund?. I like the larger screen & the spin capability to use it like a tablet! I had really researched this particular laptop & it was a 4 1/2 stars & met all my needs, on paper, then only to find out after this big purchase (for me) it's well known for having the problems I'm having, I feel like I've been lied to!

Thankyou, sorry for being long winded but I'm extremely upset with them & my laptop, I look forward to your advice, Susan

Very likely you just got a 'friday lemon' system. A replacement with the same model is most likely to work just fine. In general pretty much all units work as advertised…
