Hi,

Connected the monitor to laptop via USB-C. Mouse and keyboarc connected to the monitor USB port.

When the monitor goes into sleep (PC sets to turn off monitor after 5 min), usign the mouse or the keyboard won't wake it up. I have to touch the laptop touchpad to wake it up.

Is ther any setting that can change this (Laptop has USB wakeup enabled).

Thanks

What laptop do you have? Some wakeup USB settings only apply to USBA, not USBC ports, or vice-versa.

Dell Latitude. The BIOS has USB wakeup enabled. Good point on C vs A. Not sure how to confirm this

Check with Dell forums unless you have a USBC-to-USBA adapter to see how it responds to a mouse.
