Hi, don't know why, but the Windows key(s) don't work anymore. Other USB Keyboards work fine on the computer, so no PC issue.

Any known keyboard shortcuts with the KBCY21, that would trigger this?

Something stuck under the key maybe?

Check for KB errors by changing BIOS BOOT tab halt option errors to ALL from default ALL BUT KB. If no errors, then WINkey switch likely stuck in ‘off’ state likely due to hygroscopic debris (food crumbs hair) under the key cover. Try using a soft bristle facial blush brush to gently dig under the key cover and compressed air to help dislodge debris. A needle nose tweezers can be used to pull hair out from under and between keys.

Were you able to fix this? Same thing happened to me with same keyboard and both Windows keys not working suddenly. Removed the keys to check for any debris, changed the boot settings, nothing works.

Found the solution. There's a key called "MR" which was pressed by mistake. Pressing it again, fixed it.
