I sent my laptop for repair 3 times. First time it came back working for a little while. Second time it came back saying No Bootable Device. I called tech support to try and get it to boot up three times. On third time they said to send it in for repair. On this time it came back with a letter saying insects found and on repair paper said water damage. It's never been near any fluid or bugs. They refused to fix it. I then sent it to Asurion for repair. They inform me it has no hard drive. I call Acer and they try to tell me( now) that it didn't have a hard drove the second time I sent it in. I have not sent it to anyone else for repair but Acer prior to Asurion. It is logical to me that Acer kept my hard drive and that is why it did not have a bootable device the second time it was returned to me. Acer refutes this and will not send me my hard drive back. I do not even know what one looks like. I'm now partying on a laptop that doesn't work. If I have to I will call an attorneys office about this issue. I'm hoping contact you will help. It is a Nitro 5 laptop not even a year old.
