Why is my newly bought refurbished XZ3 XZ273U monitor blacking out?

I recently bought refurbished XZ3 XZ273U monitor and it arrived today. I started it up and the performance was as expected with 240hz and 1440p. However as I was using it it began to black out no matter what I was doing. The screen is still on and I can still hear what I am doing but with no display. I have tried different ports, cables, and even gpus. I'm simply at a loss and have no Idea what do. The display does come back if I unplug and plug the display port or power cable back into the monitor and if I turn it off and on, however this only last for around 10 minutes at most.

Hi @Bishop1x It could be due to an electronic problem, have you tried contacting the seller?
If you set it to a lower frequency, does the problem reproduce? (try at 120hz and 60hz)
