Does DTS:X Ultra work on the Acer Nitro 5 AN515F Laptop ?

I'm trying to make my Acer Nitro Laptop's internal speakers loud enough because they tend to be low, and according to the youtube videos in order to fix the issue all I have to do was install DTS X ultra, but as it turns out, I installed the Audio Drivers and the Console, but whenever I open DTS X, I get this screen, and I can't customize anything…. I'm stuck, and I installed the files from the zipped folders, restarted my Acer Nitro afterward and nothing works…

This is what I get on the DTS X screen:

“Please Connect External Speakers to use DTS Audio Controls. Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls”
