Nitro AN515-54 series shuts off suddenly and wont turn on

I was just playing a game, then out of nowhere, the Acer power menu pops up, i closed it because I didnt want to turn off the laptop. A few seconds later, it popped up again. I wasnt holding the power button and then it shut off, I didnt know what to do and when i tried to turn it back on, it turned on and the keyboard lit up but the screen didnt turn on. Then about 2 seconds later, it turns off again, after I did it a few times, it wouldn't turn on anymore. When i plugged my mouse in, it turned on the light on the mouse. Before it couldnt turn on anymore, it said "Preparing Automatic Repair" So I don't Know What to do now, it wont turn on and i cant plat on my Acer Nitro 5 yet. I bought it in 2019 and it was madein 2019 also. I hope someone can help me so my laptop can be used again. Thank You if you tell me the solution.

I forgot to add this to the post : I have to press any key on the keyboard twice to turn it on but it just shuts off again
