I have Acer Aspire 5 (A514-54) with Intel(r) Smart Sound Technology. I use "Iobit Drive Booster" to update my drivers and 2 days ago I decided to update them like usual, but this time all my sound card was taken out and in the properties show an “Error Code 52” beside them in device manager. I've unistalled the drivers and reinstalled them. The only way i can get back (Audio, Bluetooth, Microphone and USB Audio) is by going back to January 2021 drivers. So, that tells me that theres nothing wrong with my sound card because everything works if i install old drivers for them, but if i update to the newest drivers, it cripples it. When it updates to the new drivers the “Sound” selection in the device manager that has (Bluetooth, Microphone, USB Audio and RealTek Audio) disappears. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
