Hello!
I have an Acer Aspire with Windows 11. This morning my bluetooth was working fine and when I went to use bluetooth this afternoon, it was completly missing from my laptop. I can't figure out for the life of me how to get it back on.
When I troubleshoot bluetooth it says Device does not have bluetooth. Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add bluetooth capability to this device.
There is no way to toggle bluetooth on or off either. I have went into device manager and found bluetooth in hidden devices and there is no option to uninstall it. I went though each bluetooth setting under bluetooth and updated each of them and it said that they were all fine.
We travel lots so having bluetooth is ideal for hotels and HDMI so that we are not constanly getting up. First world problems, I know.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I called support and they wanted me to pay between $80-290 for help/warrenty help. For them to remote help me once they wanted $80.00.
Thank you in advance for any help you can possibly give me. I have spent about 3 hours tonight trying to fix this and figure it out on my own but I am so lost.
