How do I get rid of TrueHarmony or just disable it?

It doesn't appear as an option in speaker properties and headphones properties

Best to disable it. Trying to wipe it out might also remove some library files that the audio hardware depends on.

Open Control Panel. Search ‘sound’. Click ‘change sound card settings’ in left pane. Right click speaker icon properties. Turn off True Harmony and Dolby if displayed.

Might not be properly installed. Right click TrueHarmony in the Windows start programs menu. Post a screenshot of the box that should pop up.
