Having trouble registering the acer product registration app and it says system isn't available.

I have been trying to register my laptop for quite some time now I got acer predator helios 300 since last september but everytime I try to search for it using my serial number on the website I cant find it plus I am trying to use the acer product registration app and it says system isnt available. Does any1 know the solution to this?

    Use the Acer Dubai site to register it. They should have it in their database.

    What country did you purchase it from? What country are you trying to register it in? IIRC they need to be registered in the country of purchase or else it won't find your serial number in the database.

    I purchased it while in dubai but I am in egypt atm
