I purchased my laptop on 23 July 2022 and after that I am continuously facing trouble in my Laptop.For the past seven months, I have been experiencing multiple issues with the laptop, and despite many complaints to acer customer service department, no one has been able to provide a satisfactory resolution.
I have had the issue escalated to different teams multiple times, but each time, I have been told that the matter is being looked into, and someone will get back to me shortly. However, I am still facing the same issues, and no one has come up with any practical solution.
It is completely unacceptable that I have been dealing with this issue for seven months with no resolution in sight.
Furthermore, I am deeply concerned that the laptop I purchased is not as advertised. The bill clearly states that the laptop I purchased has 16 GB of RAM, but I have been informed by acer support team that my laptop only has 8 GB of RAM. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of my rights as a consumer.As a result of this my case was closed.
Can anybody here guide me with this issue since the customer service that I am receiving here in my country is extremely disappointing and on top of that no team is taking responsibility for the same.
Should I lodge a consumer complaint in my country for the same ?
Lastly I would like to say never buy from acer escpeicailly in India they don't refund not exchange neither provide any services .
