Due to my forced twice moving during covid lockdown, plus my age of 72, I have lost a lot of things. also my notebook with passwords.
So I can't enter my tablet ACER Iconia One 10
I tried to call the Customer service, but as I can't find any ID with 11-12 numbers I am running in circles.
I'll write down the barcode at the backside of my tablet:
SN:NTLEXEE007XXXXX
MFG Date: 2018. 07
What I can remember is, that I had good contact with a helpdesk, when I had some stroubles at the start.
So I assume, that my tablet is registrated?
Hope someone can help me?
I need the tablet very much.
