Have been trying to get my monitor repaired for a month now...

Have submitted a case to Acer to get the monitor picked up for repairs after it just started going black screen.

It's been a month and they're literally either:

  • Answering emails with off topic or generic replies.
  • Managed to book DPD collection once, which magically got cancelled with ‘Advised the item was not ready for collection’.
  • Completely ignoring any communication.

Is this normal? The monitor is approaching it's 1 year warranty expiration and it feels like they just keep delaying and delaying.

Are they always this bad?

    Sorry. Not usually that I'm aware of. What country or region is the service center in?
