The model is B311-31-c343. I'm confused because internally it looks like a tablet.
I saw on the internet that emmc memories give boot errors on some laptops
Does this device have boot menu?
If the instalation goes wrong can i go back to windows?

Yes your laptop has the specs to run Linux Ubuntu 20.04 comfortably, you can also go back to Win-11 but you will need to do a clean install. Try it out and if you have any problems then look at this Ubuntu forum for solutions to installations on an Acer laptop Problems installing Ubuntu on Acer laptop

eMMC drives inherently have a shorter life than most other drive types, but they are quite a bit cheaper and that's why they are installed in the lower end laptops. You won't get boot errors as long as the drive still works however, and the OS installed won't change that. You might have to go into the BIOS to enable the F12 Boot Menu, it's typically not enabled by default. With it enabled and the Linux install flash drive in the computer you should be able to choose to boot from the installer by using F12 at bootup, just like you would normally enter the BIOS. Your system is a year or two old now, so very likely all the needed drivers have been incorporated in the Linux distributions so you shojuld be good to go. If you do a full system backup before the install you can get back to your current environment by installing a vanilla Windows, then doing a restore from the backup. Otherwise you can get back to Windows but won't have your apps and data. The Linux install will replace the Windows install completely.
