What temp do you get for your CPU at 4838rpm like you are showing above, as the 6122rpm for the GPU is way too high and is never specified as normal by Acer for these fans to spin at, the PH315-52 Predator that this (I think? as you haven’t given the exact model number) has the following normal Acer quoted SG CPU Fan True Value Table below, maybe you need to repaste the CPU/GPU and change the thermal pads and clean the vents.

Check the Thermal Module pads condition and change them, this is where these thermal pads are placed

Has it always been like this? Or did it spin at 6000rpm when laptop was new and has slowed down with time?

I'm not familiar with your laptop model. Mine is PH315-51 from 2018. Both my fans spinned at 6000 rpm (set to Max) when laptop was new, and both still spins at 6000rpm now when I set it to Max. Visit Acer support website and look for any new BIOS updates released by Acer for your specific laptop. If new updates are available then download and install it. It will reboot and then check your fans again. Also look for new updates of Predartor Sense software.

If your CPU fan spinned at 6000 rpm when laptop was new and has slowed down to 4800 rpm with time, then most probably your fan has gone bad. Any software issues should be fixed by BIOS update and Predator Sense update. If it still doesn't fix it then replace the CPU fan. Its available from eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, etc

that's okay mate since coolboost is enabled. you're cpu is in good condition and not loaded with processes.

the higher rpm is a signal that the fans need cleaning because of accumulated dust particles.

try to disable coolboost if there is a difference or clean the fans by using blower or open the back case and clean manually.

If my answers/solutions help you, please consider hitting "Like" and "Yes".

I checked some youtube videos for your laptop model and found this:

Check the video @2:30, this guy sets his 2020 Helios 300 to Max fans and his CPU fans spin at 4900 rpm. So there is nothing wrong with your laptop or its fans. Older Helios models from 2018 and 2019 used to spin its CPU fan at higher rpm, but with 2020 and newer models the CPU fan speed is decreased when the system is at idle. So rest assured, everything is fine with your laptop.
