Lighter power cord for the Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-55-91AT?

With my Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-55-91AT came a huge poweradapter with a heavy cord.

I'm using my laptop mostly on my lap on the couch and only insert the plug when needed.
The location of the jack is not nice for none desk work, I put the cord under my leg and it's ok.
But the plug and cord are very heavy and often slip out of the jack. The orange light goes off and the beep sounds.
The plub ‘clicks’ normally when inserted.

Is there an adapter with a less heavy cable and plug for this laptop?

If you have the 230watt adapter, then yes there is a smaller 180watt adapter with a thinner wire to the laptop but not to the AC mains. If you're not using high power demand games or programs, you can probably get a much smaller 45 or 65 watt lighter weight universal adapter from Amazon. Google search keywords 'univeersal charger laptop amazon' for examples. About $25usd
