Acer C24-963 screen bad. Need replacement

Our office bought maybe 20 of these C24-963 All in One desktop units sometime in 2020 so they are out of warranty now. I've got one with a screen failure where the section at the bottom, where the taskbar would normally show, is basically dead. I've done all the usual things so I don't need to hear about drivers, Windows updates, BIOS, etc. It's basically a bad screen so my question is, does anyone know of any great options for finding a screen that looks to be made by Panda? Is it going to have to be bought from someone like Allied and wait on it on the slow boat from China? The Panda model shows it to be an LC238LF1L 09 possibly. Since it's a “borderless” screen, it's rather odd to take apart.

Anyone ever have to replace a screen? Thanks for any input.

Might only need to have the LCD video cable connector re-seated at the mainboard a few times to help clean the contacts. Google search ‘white.jpg’ and download a white JPG image file. Then load it in full screen mode. If possible, post a phone photo of what the screen looks like.

If a new screen seems needed google search the ACER part no. KL.2150I.029 or, the keywords ‘C24-963 lcd panel’ for vendors who ship to your location.

Whether a simple cable reseat or a panel replacement, disassembly is a hassle for AiOs.

Acer's part number for the LCD is either KL.2380I.006 or KL.2380I.007, in case it's not the cable.

Yeah, if it gets too pricy, like those appear to be when new, we'll just trash it and call it good. It wasn't the cable.

The panel will likely be too pricey. Re-seating the connector, not so much. Except for the hassle of pulling it apart..
