How to eliminate the need to hold the Function key to use the Home, End, Page Up, Page Down keys

I purchased a ConceptD 5 laptop because it's one of the few laptops I was able to find that still has the Navigation Column keys on the right side of the keyboard (i.e. Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down). I was hoping that I could direct press these buttons in order to access these functions, however, like so many laptops these days, I am forced to hold the Function key in order to access the functionality of these buttons, which cumulatively, is time-wasting and inefficient. I tried using Function Lock but that does not seem to work.

Does anyone know of a way to eliminate the need to have to hold the Function key such that I can hit the buttons in the Navigation Column directly to use them? I wish Acer (and all of the computer manufacturers that have chosen to eliminate the Navigation Column from their keyboards) would create an option to achieve this via the BIOS.

I am hoping someone can help me to find a solution, because I like this laptop otherwise. I would consider any workaround to achieve this, including third party software. If any ConceptD owners are able to achieve this with their own laptops and then let me know how they did it, I would be most grateful.

Thanks so much for your time and your willingness to help me.

    Shut down machine normally.

Wait a few moments, then turn it back on again and IMMEDIATELY start tapping the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu.

Go to MAIN page or tab.

Change Function key behavior to media key by clicking on right arrow.

Then go to EXIT page or tab to save BIOS settings and exit.
