Monitor keeps going black for a couple seconds like all the pixels just torn completely.

Everytime I alt tab or turn up my volume or open a new window, or scroll on certain pages like steam. The monitor just goes black for a couple seconds like all the pixels just torn completely off. I've sent it back to acer 2 or 3 times and they just can't seem to fix it.

I've tried different ports on the monitor and gpu. And different cables

Turn off the monitor and disconnect all the cables that goes to the monitor.

Than press and hold the power button on the monitor for 30 seconds and than connect all wires and turn it back on.

That's actually normal if the apps you are switching between do resolution changes. The monitor takes a second to register the change and sync up.
