I Played GTA V With Mods, And After A Minute Of Play, The Game Crashed With Game Memory Error Because Of Mods. It Was Not The System But It Was The Game. Please Help Me.

What is your laptop/desktop model number? As playing games especially with NVidia gpu preset settings is the best, install latest drivers, GeForce Experience and set NVidia Control Panel to the high-performance NVidia processor and doing the same with the AMD gpu's oem settings is the best and and works the best. Overclocking and applying mods is asking for problems and crashes, get back to oem settings as that works the best or if your laptop hasn't got the specs to play these game(s) then get a new gaming laptop and with desktops upgrade them or get a new desktop as and the saying goes "you can't get blood out of stone😁.

First the A515-54 is not a gaming laptop, if you had the upper spec A515-54G with the GeForce MX350 or the MX450 2GB then you could have a better chance of gaming but even these gous are not really a gaming gpu.

Install Intel® Driver & Support Assistant do a scan and update to the latest the latest Intel Xe Graphics driver and update all Intel laptop drivers to what its shown with this scan, as Intel are getting into the game settings with their new Arc Control Panel like NVidia has been doing for ages. Unfortunately, and with the Intel Xe Graphics and your A515-54 you are limited on gaming settings as its not a true gaming gpu or a laptop and GTA V with mods is probably not playable on your laptop, try GTA V standard settings and lower the resolution from 1920x1080p to as that should work . Btw, I've got the A515-57 and that is the same and I use this laptop for just general usage and also my son uses it for school.

do not use mods

set the video setting to low

run as administrator (right click the game icon and select run as administrator) with mods to test if it is okay

before playing any game, be sure to close all unused running applications and also the background apps (use task manager to end the task)

update the drivers (see my signature to download the various driver updaters)
