Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54 - screen flickering/glitching

Hello. I recently bought my Acer Predator Helios 300 in August of last year. I've had one before and it lasted many years, so now I've tried the new version. For a couple months now, I am having random screen glitches. At first I thought it was google chrome because when I would have Youtube open or another streaming site like Twitch or Youtube, it would randomly black screen. So now I just keep one tab open at all times. But now it's randomly glitching instead of black screen. And now it happened while I was playing a game and just talking on Steam to a friend. It fixes it when I restart the computer. I updated my graphics card and everything seems up to date, but I do not know why this is happening. I've checked my display adapter and everything is normal and updated. I am running on Windows 11 - 64 bit - Serial # - NHQC2AA007145145333400.

    Have you updated the bios to the latest version?

    where would I find to do this and why would it not update without notifying me?
