Charger plugged in but Predator Helios 300 G3-572 not charging

Hi,

Recently my laptop stopped charging entirely and would only work if plugged in. Sometimes, while running heavy applications, the Laptop will turn off and won't start for 10-15 mins (even if plugged in). While plugged in, the battery indicator is stuck at "0% Available (Plugged In)". I have tried the battery reset and uninstalling the battery device managers, etc. but the problem still persists. I have also tried different chargers, different outlets and plug points. I believe the battery may be compromised, but I would like to be sure before handing it to Acer Care.

Hi @Paarth_Ved23 waiting for more answers that can help you in your query, if after resetting the battery the problem continues and even the battery does not charge and the same thing happens with the power adapter, it could be a possible electronic problem in the charging circuit and should be reviewed by a technical service so that they can verify it. If you still have a guarantee, contact Acer directly.
