Active signal mode wrong while i play games in fullscreen mode when i alt tab i got black screen

while i play games in fullscreen mode when i alt tab i got black screen and only solution i need win+l and login again i think fault is that desktop mode is 1920x1080 170hz and active singal mode is 2560x1440 170 hz

    press Alt + Tab once again

    run Windows Update and install all drivers available and also the optional updates in Advanced Options

    you can also download, install and run IObit Driver Booster, Driver Easy and Driver Talent one at a time to be sure that all the necessary drivers are downloaded, updated and installed

    Your desktop should be set to the recommended resolution of the monitor. Yours looks like it should be at 2560x1440 instead of 1920x1080. If the correct resolution makes icons too small just change the scaling to 125% or 150%.
