hello guys can u assist in something, i have had my 1st nitro 5 a month ago and it was all fine...been using it for work and games but when gaming the cpu thermals was weird it was hitting easily 92 degrees!

after days functioning like that i had to reinstall the OS to fix system and i forgot the battery limit option on the main problem started after i reinstalled the system i found that the battery health dropped 33% which caused battery to full charge to 75w out of designed capacity which is 90w i dont know if the battery loss happened due to having the battery charge limit on before reinstalling or due to high temps the battery lost that amount of it health and now i replaced it by warranty but i need to know was the damage happening due to battery limit by acer care center or cpu high temps?

    Hi,

I would suggest you avoid using battery charge limit by Acer Care centre app and see whether the wear level is normal, in the meantime, could you please use HWmonitor to keep an eye on the battery wear level, by the way, your temps are normal, 92°C while gaming is acceptable.

that's what I thought about it also, i am keeping my eye on the battery details using intel command center as that was my 1st indicator about the issue and man...it gave me hard times trying to explain the defect or whatever caused that to the seller so i need to be really careful this time after i replaced my item and will avoid acer care center...its weird that acer doesn't speak about it or helping in this regard directly but thanks for the advice!
