Battery issue on my laptop Acer Swift SF514-55T.

I bought my laptop last year. It's been a week or so since my laptop suddenly shut down. The first time it happened, I thought maybe I forgot to charge it but after plugging it in it still stayed at 0 %.

As you can see, I had like 100%, but then it suddenly shut down, and now it's 0 %.

I tried most of the things that I could find to fix this problem, I installed some new optional updates, then it worked fine, but now the same issue again.

Is there anything I can do? or should I just send it to be repaired?

So there is a battery reset pinhole on the bottom of your laptop. Shut down and disconnect everything, including the power supply. Use something like a SIM tool or bent paperclip to poke through the reset hole and press and hold the reset button for 15-30 seconds then release the button. Wait for a few minutes to make sure all the electricity has bled off then hook only the power supply back on. Wait again until the battery indicator shows a full battery and turn it back on. Hopefully that will clear things up and it'll work normally again.

OK, if the reset didn't work yet the charge circuit is working (which is how it gets from the amber charging to the blue fully charged state) then it looks like we are pretty much looking at a bad battery. It's unusual to have a battery fail at around 20% wear level, but not impossible.
