So I running Windows 8.1 (as WinToUSB, not actually hard disk) and my mouse tracking is not working. I've pressed F7 (lock / unlock mouse tracking) and didn't work either. So I install all drivers from Driver Easy and when all driver installed, the mouse tracking is not installed. Where can I install the driver for the mouse track? I had to use USB Mouse to move the cursor

What computer do you have? The full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, or you could give us only the first ten digits of the serial number. Likely you are missing a driver...

There have been literally hundreds of different Spin 1 models over the years.

OK, that looks like it's a Spin 1 SP111-32N-P7W4, for one of the European markets, perhaps Norwegian? Not USA anyway, so I don't have access to all the details. They were designed for the 2017 holiday season and run on the 6th generation cores. They shipped with Windows 10 Home 64bit so it's unsurprising that there might be a driver or two that isn't backwards compatible with the older OSes, like W8.1. Try running the installers for the chipset drivers and the serial IO drivers in compatibility mode for 8.1 to see if they will install that way. I assume that by 'mouse track' you mean the touchpad rectangle under the keyboard? Between the chipset drivers and the serial IO drivers it should start working, since it's a serial connection internally.
