Your ram is running at a total of 3200MHz as its shown in Task Manager Speed, in CPUz Memory DRAM Frequency its at 1595.20 MHz (which your combined ram is multiplied by 2x ram modules and your true combined ram speed is 3,190.40MHz) the CPUz Channel # 2x 64 bit means Dual Channel.

Your ram even though you have two different manufactures at 1x 8GB DDR4-3200MHz SK Hynix and 1x 8GB DDR-3200MHz Lexar both of these ram modules are the same specs and these two modules are matched and are running as a matching pair.

If you would have had in Slot #1 at 1x 8GB DDR4-3200MHz and in Slot #2 at 1x 8GB DDR4-2666MHz then your ram will be shown in Task Manager as Speed: 2666MHz, as unmatched ram modules always run at the lower speed of the two combined ram speeds. So don't worry as your ram is running at 3200MHz and at what your laptops designated ram speed should be as most new Aspire, Nitro and Predator laptops ram spec are DDR4-3200MHz CL 22 so you have no problems.
