Hello! I bought Acer Aspire 5 a515-45-r74z Ryzen 5 5500U month ago.

It was working perfectly about a week and then, when I was working, it just shutted down and rebooted like nothing happened. At first, i thought it was just one time thing. After a week it happened again and again. It happens once in a week or 2-3 days, and it really annoys me. Laptop just shuts down quickly and it turns back on after a second. Please, can anyone help? Maybe someone has already experienced this?

First turn off the laptop and remove the charger. Than look at the back of the laptop you can see a pin hole. Find something thinner than a paper clip and put it in the pin hole and press and hold it for 30 seconds. Than use your laptop and tell us do you still have the issue.

Look at the below picture for reference.

My acer-aspire-5-a515-45-r4p7 laptop has exactly the same problem.
For a long time I could not understand the reason for spontaneous reboots, but I noticed that the laptop often reboots when the notification sound from the messenger plays, then I realized that the problem was in the sound card. To check, I disabled the sound card in the device manager and the reboot stopped.
I tried many versions of Realtek drivers, none of the drivers solved the problem.
    Have you solved the problem?

After rebooting again after a month I tried “battery reset pinhole” method from first comment and laptop working fine for a week now, so I think that I'm just gonna repeat this thing every month, if it isn't solves😐️

These unexpected reboots are usually caused by incorrect or incompatible drivers, but you have to prove who is the cause, one method is the one commented by Dimas80.
It can also be caused by memory problems, either due to a module change or because some incorrect driver is not capable of mapping correctly.
    Greetings.

yes, I added memory. Memory tests and stress tests do not find any errors. Memory was added on the first day of use, and problems with rebooting appeared after a few months. probably has the intention to remove the added module to test this hypothesis.

Removed additional memory module. The reboots didn't stop. So far, the only thing that works is disabling the sound card.

Have you tried removing the sound driver and letting windows install a generic and see if the reboots continue?

    All the best.
