Hello,
I bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57. Shortly after I bought it, in about 2 months, it experienced a factory SSD failure. I sent it for repair and they replaced the SSD without claiming my warranty. After I got it back from repair, I experienced some issues with it. I am unaware if this issue is OS-related or hardware related but I have gotten a blue screen before. All I have is a picture of the blue screen, a video of my laptop shutting down after 1 minute of turning it on, despite being 99% charged, and a video of the battery blinking red while plugged in. The battery blinks red frequently but at random intervals, I could go to my kitchen and go back to my laptop, and it would blink red for a few seconds or a few minutes then return to being blue. It usually stops blinking red after I slightly move my laptop. I tried sending it for repair in December, but nothing was fixed, all that happened was a cleaning of the heat sink fan. A week after I got it back from repair, I still experience the same issues, the laptop shutting down spontaneously and the battery blinking red. I am very distressed as this laptop just became a year old and yet I experienced all these issues. Am I just unlucky or is this normal for people? Does anyone know how to fix it or has experienced something similar?
