Acer nitro 5 AN515 wont load anything when im connected to my wifi but it will connect to my mobile?

Hi, I have the acer nitro 5 AN515-57-52EO

and pretty much whenever im connected to my household wifi it wont load anything, i can go onto the microsoft browser and serch (for example) steam, and it shows the web links, but as soon as i press on the link for the website it will start to load, then after a few seconds it shows up with "if page does not automatically redirect please press here" and then after a few more seconds it comes up with "store.steam.com did not send any data err_blank_response"

and i have tried so many ways to fix it but this is my last resort.

i need this laptop for school and i have already taken it back to the store and the guy said it could be the internet but i dont see how that is possible because every other laptop, ipad, iphone ect loads on our internet exept for this one.

the only way my laptop will work is if i have it connected to my mobile phone via hotspot.

i have tried everything to resolve this issue, there is nothing on the laptop as i have factory reset it. ive reset the internet, plugged it in with the ethernet cable and just nothing works.

Yes, that's been happening to me with Microsoft EDGE since they have updated it with the new Win-11 versions and OS builds, Microsoft are renowned for always having a motto of ÏF ITS NOT BROKEN THEN LET'S BREAK IT FOR THE SAKE OF BREAKING IT"!!!

Install Brave Browser or Firefox and use those browsers as EDGE is hopeless and that is why you are getting those broken links and some links are not connecting as I've been having these issues for months and have given up on MS EDGE!
