Hello,

I have a problem with my Acer Aspire T3-710 desktop. It started yesterday when the screen froze and didn’t recognise any input, so I had to power it off. When I tried turning it back on, it made a long continuous beep and screen was black.

A few hours later I tried turning it on again, worked fine, but then froze again, and same thing happened when I tried turning it back on. Same thing is happening today.

Any ideas what the continuous beep could mean and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance

Remove and clean the contacts on each RAM module's and reseat if that doesn't work then , I would eliminate RAM Modules by going with only one remaining.

The long beep is the system telling you the memory won't initialize. Sometimes that's just because you removed it and didn't get it fully seated when reinstalling, sometimes one of the sticks has failed.
