Installed a AX201 NGW, but it is not taking a driver, factory acer driver, intel driver. Is it incompatible? im used to dell products, im suprised this device hasnt been supported since only a year after release (with drivers)
[Edited the thread to add issue detail]
What is the exact model number of your laptop, as just saying 571T means nothing as there are a few 571T laptops in Acer's range.the compatible wifi/bt card for the R5-571T is the Qualcomm Atheros Wireless AC Wi-Fi QCNFA344A NFA344A wifi Dual Band + bluetooth 4.1 NGFF and the driver is on the Acer Drivers and Manuals for both wireless and bt.
The Wi-Fi/BT drivers are the same on any model of the B5-571xx, it could be the Qualcomm that I've given you above or its could be an Intel, but its definitely not the Intel AX201, the best way to find out which model card you have is to go to Device Manager and have a look under Network adaptors or if you want a more detailed software then install HWiNFO64 and look in this software's Network part for what card you have.
Yes Wi-Fi 6/160hz is not compatible with this laptop, stick to the Wi-Fi/BT cards that are fitted to your laptop by Acer.

Thank you for the reply, i reinstalled the oem card, and my wifi is working. I have a QCNFA344A installed currently. I'm unaware of acers compatibility. I guess wifi 6e is out of the picture?
