acer nitro 5 How did this get on my laptop screen?

in the bottom right corner you can see some weird thing that points up after, I didn't use my laptop for two weeks and this wasn't there I come back to using it and it appears out of no where. There seems to be no physical damage to the monitor.

This is the acer nitro 5, R7 4800h, 1650 ti, 16 gb ram

Those white spots are caused by the following:

• 1. Dead Pixels On any screen, pixels are responsible for projecting the image and colours
• 2. LED Reflectors There is something called LED reflectors in all the LCD displays
• 3. Hardware Failure Any display is run by a graphics card or a graphical unit in laptops
• 4. Screen Damage
