do you mean to the main 12v 6pin power? I dont think so as you would be missing the 5V rail from the PSU, I think its an intel 12vo 6 pin which is 4 ground, 1 12v, 1 5v, where as PCIE is 3 ground, and three 12v

The PO3-620 has a six pin and a four pin power connector on the MB. They both have four pins each in +12V/Gnd pairs and the six pin also has PS_On/Gnd pins. The stock PSU is 500W, so we can expect each of the pairs to handle 125W each (a bit more than 10A). If the PSU you bought doesn't have the same connectors (and most do not) you will need to fabricate an adapter to bring at least 500W of 12V to the motherboard, plus you will likely want to have another connector or two to give direct power to your GPU. There have been some users here who have done that, but you need to be really sure of the specs on the PSU you bought. It needs to have a single rail for the 12V and provide enough power over the 500W to drive the GPU. It's not a simple mod but it is possible...
