Hi, I've only had a Nitro 5 AN515-55 for about a year. The last week or so I noticed I had to keep plugging the charger in way too fast even though it had been fully charged, this got worse and now it's always at 0%.

It says "plugged in" it does NOT say "not charging" or "charging" just "plugged in".

If I take the charger out, my laptop powers off, it's like it just won't charge.

It's a built in battery, I read online there should be a "pin" on the bottom of my laptop I have to push. I did find something but pushing it I felt nothing and it seems too big to be it, there's also no minus or plus symbol next to it.

I tried troubleshooting power and nothing. I think I tried something involving "bios" and that didn't work either. Anyone any ideas? I can not afford to buy another so soon this was already my replacement laptop because of battery issues killing my last one.

Try to reset the battery: turn off the computer, unplug everything, press the power button for thirty seconds and leave the computer off for half an hour.
