My predator 315-52 won't start after screen replacement

I turned off my laptop and then removed panel and checked my screen but flicker issue was still there so I turned off my laptop and then replaced my screen and when I turned it on it won't boot so I tried plugging in my charger and there was orange indicator and I tried turning it on but nothing so I unplugged and tried to power on but nothing and now after connecting the power cable there is no light and it's not turning on. I have replaced display on my other laptops but never faced such issue this first time don't know what is wrong with this model. I tried to unplug battery and then power it on with supply but nothing, put old display nothing, tried with other charger and in different rooms but nothing.

Any suggestions or ideas needed

@aniketjdhv1 before doing the screen replacement, you must unplug the battery first (very important!), otherwise, the power IC might be shorted. Try to unplug the battery, and hold the power button for 15 secs for the power reset.
