Acer PH Declined my Warranty Registration

Hi,

I recently bought a brand new monitor from the Acer store on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/stores/Acer/Acer/page/0074ABD9-06D1-469D-B509-C3134D6FFFF2) and of course, I would want the warranty to be registered ASAP.

I submitted the required documents through Acer's Warranty Care (https://warranty.acer.com.ph)-- IDs, pictures of box, serial number, etc. My warranty registration was submitted and it's pending, and I was told to resubmit the documents through email (phwarranty@acer.com). I submitted the invoices, pictures, and documentation requested for it to be registered, but to my horror Acer PH declined by warranty registration because the monitor was "not released in a local market." They told me to register it abroad from the "store I bought it from."

This is appalling, of course! I haven't encountered a situation like this before with other brands I bought from Amazon Online. Registering was quick and easy! How do I contact Acer Amazon and let them know I need to register a product because their local service cannot cater to me?

Thank you!

The Amazon link that you posted isn't the Amazon webpage for the product you purchased. Please post the Amazon product link.

Did Amazon ship the monitor form a different locale than the Philippines? If they shipped from the USA, for instance, you would register it online on the USA site.
