Try this first, go into Device Manager >Display adaptors and completely uninstall all display drivers and reboot the laptop, after look at what Intel and NVidia drivers are installed in Device Manager and if the RTX3050Ti appears, as your laptop should have a NVidia driver for the RTX3050Ti.
If not, then install DDU Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.5.9 and follow their uninstall driver instructions as you need to completely uninstall all RTX NVidia drivers from your laptop and reinstall the new and latest driver offline the Version:528.02 WHQL for Win-11 which you should be using on this laptop.

I did everything used DDU and safe boot etc..
but nothing change , so Windows 10 issue ? or hardware issue ? need warranty support ?

If you did all that then its a hardware issue and if this laptop is under Acer 12 months warrant have Acer tech support, look at your laptop as its a faulty gpu and these motherboards are very expensive if you let this go and your warranty runs out.
