Sorry with Long title, I just like to be thorough with proper information. It’s my first post so my apologies!

I bought my computer in 2020, its the RTX2060, 16GB ram model with a 10750i I think and the 144hz display (not sure if there are different types) I’ve taken really good care of it, bought it brand new from Newegg, no damages on it at all. I do go everywhere so I’m constantly packing and unpacking cords taking everything with me, Gradually I’ve noticed that the charging port has got a weak grab of the cord when it’s plugged in, not sure if that plays a part or not. The power supply seems to be okay, I plugged it in to the wall and heard the typical little spark so something is going through it.

The 2020 N20C3 Model does not have a physical battery reset pin I can push, that feature was cancelled on this one, so instead I’m supposed to be able to push and hold the power button for 9 seconds to preform the same reset action, though however it is to no avail. I was using my computer earlier this morning at school, it was plugged in charging, then when I went to set it up at home, I plugged it in, opened the screen, pushed the power button, my keyboard does it’s animation then turns off depleting whatever battery it had left from sitting in my bag all day and nothing happens, no orange light. Sorry for the long ramble, just throwing absolutely out there, thank you guys

Did you unplug the charger when you did this?
